Some types sold out until Winter. Blue Cheese Soft and crumbly, great for summer salads. Colby A soft mild cheese, and a favorite in my house with the kids. Melts great also. Raw Herb and Garlic The herbs that we use in the herb and garlic are: Rosemary, Cracked fennel, Thyme, Savory, Basil, Tarragon, Dill weed, Turkish Oregano, Lavender, Chervil and Marjoram. If you like garlic you may like this cheese. A nice cheese to add to dishes to create a little something different. This cheddar has the traditional cheddar flavor to it along with a fullness when being eaten. Available in Sharp or Mild. The herbs that we use in the Italian Herb are: Turkish oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme and cracked rosemary. " A little taste of Italy" is how I like to describe this cheese. It accompanies Italian dishes beautifully. A great cheese to top a pizza with. Raw Pepper Jack This Cheese is made with pepper that is in pepper shakers. It is not an extremely hot cheese, but does have just a slight after bite to it. A nice cheese to add a little dimension to a meal or snack. The Name: Miami Erie Canal was one of two canals that met in Junction Ohio. This was once a booming town with much importance to the local economy. Miami Erie Swiss is a more traditional tasting swiss. It is a complex tasting cheese as different aspects of it express themselves at different times when enjoying it. All cheese is handcrafted on the farm from 100% Raw Ohio Grass-Fed Milk. Cheese is aged a minimum of 60 days. Additional flavors will be available starting in June 2009.
