Though a major thrust for us is local, we also promote the consumption of all Real Foods.  So, even though there are no coconuts or olives grown in northeast Ohio, you'll still find such products as organic virgin coconut oil and organic virgin olive oil in our store as well.(For more information on "real food", click on Real Food in the side bar)

 We also wish to be seen as an education center.  So join our website to receive periodic emails, announcements of events and referrals to other web sites who share our views of supporting local and eating real food. You may also view our videos.

If you would like to become a purchasing member in our store, simply select the first item in our store labeled "membership".  The yearly membership fee is $35, and gains you free delivery for one entire year! Payments are made via Paypal.

 

Most deliveries occur on Friday's, but will vary based on the orders per week.  We'll be sure to let you know if your items are coming on another day.   You do not need to be home for your delivery, just let us know where you would like your order left, and please remember to leave a cooler with ice if your order needs to stay cool.
